THE SHARED DRIVE
NOW THAT YOU HAVE A FINISHED FBA/BIP OR OTHER RtI-B PLAN
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH IT?
Any time you finish or update an FBA/BIP, a web-based data collection form, progress monitoring data, a Behavior Support Plan (BSP) or an Individual Crisis Management Plan (ICMP) you need to save those documents to the student's folder on the shared drive.
GenEd student documents should be saved to their building's Shared Drive.
Special Ed student documents should have their documents saved to the SpEd Shared Drive
Saving this information and keeping it current allows for three things to happen:
(1) Any current staff working with the student has immediate up-to-date access to behavioral documents and status
(2) Any new staff (in the event a SpEd student is transferred to a new building) has immediate access to behavioral documents and status
(3) In the event of an audit (SpEd) your work can be counted!
Name your documents this way:
Student first name and last name - school year - document name
Example: Rose Jones 2013-2014 FBA
Example: Nyquan Smith 2013-2014 Psycho-ed Assessment
Example: Charlie Brown 2013-2014 FBA Parent Interview
