PROGRESS MONITORING

DATA COLLECTION, OR AT THIS POINT WHAT CAN BE CALLED "PROGRESS MONITORING", NEEDS TO CONTINUE POST-BIP INTERVENTION AS A MEANS TO OBJECTIVELY ASSESS IF AN INTERVENTION IS HAVING AN IMPACT ON MODIFYING A TARGET BEHAVIOR AS COMPARED TO ESTABLISHED BASELINE LEVELS

FOR PROGRESS MONITORING ALWAYS USE WHATEVER MEASURE YOU USED FOR BASELINE AS THE MEASURE FOR PROGRESS MONITORING - IF YOU USED FREQUENCY FOR BASELINE, USE FREQUENCY FOR PROGRESS MONITORING, ETC.

THERE ARE A VARIETY OF WAYS YOU CAN GRAPH PROGRESS MONITORING DATA.  WE HAVE ATTACHED ONE MEANS - DATA GRAPHING BY MONTH DONE USING AN EXCEL DOCUMENT TEMPLATE TO WHICH YOU CAN ADD YOUR DAILY DATA, COPY AND PASTE TO WORD AND SAVE AS YOU WANT - ONTO YOUR H-DRIVE, THE SHARED DRIVE, ETC.  

HOWEVER, YOU ARE NOT LIMITED TO THIS ONE FORMAT FOR PROGRESS MONITORING. WHATEVER FORMAT YOU CHOOSE TO USE, MAKE SURE: IT USES MEASURES THAT ARE COMPARABLE (I.E., PERCENTAGES FOR INSTANCE).
